On Sunday, 6 December, Santa suits will fill Kungsträdgården as Stockholm’s annual charity run returns. Come with friends, bring the family, or join on your own. You can walk a 3 km loop through the Old Town or run two laps for 6 km. The event runs from 11:00 to 14:00.

1. Book your ticket and choose your outfit
The organiser sells tickets through Billetto, where the event is listed from SEK 69. Choose a ticket with a Santa suit included, or select a ticket without a suit and bring your own. Each ticket includes a race bib and a medal. Register every child taking part, and make sure anyone under 14 is accompanied by a parent or guardian.

2. Pick up your start kit
Head to Jussi-Paviljongen, next to the main stage in Kungsträdgården, on Saturday, 5 December, from 09:00 to 15:00. If you can’t make it on Saturday, the organiser offers race-day collection at the same spot on Sunday, 6 December, from 09:00 to 10:30.

3. Arrive ready to run or walk
The start and finish are both in Kungsträdgården. If you’re coming by metro, use Kungsträdgården station. Wear comfortable shoes and layers under your Santa suit, and travel light. The organiser says there are no changing rooms, showers, or bag storage.

4. Take one lap or go around twice
The route leads through Gamla Stan and Slussen before returning to Kungsträdgården. Choose one lap for 3 km or two laps for 6 km. Walk, jog, or run at a pace that works for you. Back in Kungsträdgården, collect your medal and take a group photo while everyone is still in their Santa suits.
5. Meet the charities behind the run
The volunteer-run event is organised by Together We Make a Change. This year’s proceeds support Aktivisfonden and Hugo Stiftelse, which help children and young people with disabilities lead more active and inclusive lives.
